2022 Waste & Recycling Survey

You have been invited to participate in this survey by the Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District ("Wasatch"), a local governmental entity in charge of municipal solid waste (MSW) management services in Morgan and Davis counties in Utah.

This survey is available from April 15, 2022, to June 15, 2022, and will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Your participation is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with answering this questionnaire; however, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. All responses to questions for this survey will be reported only by aggregate and we will not ask you for any information that could identify you or any members of your household.

Currently, Wasatch receives residential material generated in 15 cities within Morgan and Davis counties. If your city is a member of Wasatch, your trash, recyclables, and yard waste go to their central processing facilities, and it is therefore important for Wasatch to learn your opinions.
